Transfer Suit Sleeve to Oaktag Sloper
This lesson teaches you how to transfer your suit sleeve pattern to an oaktag sloper. You will learn the proper technique of how to trace and true the suit sleeve sloper and then how to cut it out of oaktag paper. You will be able to use this sloper to create many different kinds of suit sleeve designs.

1 | For this lesson, you will need the suit sleeve paper pattern draft that your created in our lesson entitled, Converting a Fitted Sleeve Sloper to a Suit Sleeve. |
2 | Prepare an oaktag block measuring 14” (35.6cm) wide by 28” (71.1cm) long. |
3 | On the oaktag block, draw a vertical line through the center of the paper, lengthwise, this is the sleeve’s centerline. |
