Side Bust Dart Bodice – Back Neck Dart
One of the most popular sets of blocks or slopers is the side bust dart bodice. In this lesson, we will teach you how to prepare your dress form and your muslin blocks and then demonstrate how to drape the front and back of this sloper. Use our Side Bust Dart Measurements Form to record your measurements. The back of this sloper will have a back neck and waist dart. Once you have mastered this lesson, you are ready to learn various ways of manipulating your front bust and waist darts to create a multitude of fashion looks. It will also be your foundation block for many of our pattern making lessons.
