Drafting a Legging
This lesson will teach you how to draft a legging, jegging or yoga pant in four-way stretch, using either a pant form or from actual body measurements. You will also learn how to draft a separate, elasticized waistband and a ‘self,’ or what is known in the industry as a ‘grown-on’ waistband. This draft will also be used as the foundation for a boy, tank short and bike short.
