Drafting a Jean-Style Pant (Pants)
In this lesson you will learn how to draft a pair of jeans from your basic pants sloper. You will also learn how to create front and back jean pockets as well as a fly front zipper closure.

| 2 | To draft pair of jeans, I have traced off my basic pants sloper and placed them on a large piece of paper, aligning the crotch line and hipline and making sure that the grainlines are parallel to each other. |
| 3A | At the fullest part of the side seam, square a line from this point (side seam) to the center front. |
