Drafting a Dart-less Torso Sloper & Sleeve

Drafting a Dart-less Torso Sloper & Sleeve

In this lesson, you will learn how to draft a dart-less torso sloper and sleeve, using your front waist dart bodice block and your shoulder dart back bodice block. This sloper will be used as the foundation for any of your designs that call for a boxy silhouette, or whenever you are looking to eliminate darts.

The front waist dart bodice block can be found and drafted in our lesson Pivoting a Front Shoulder Dart to One Waist Dart. And the shoulder dart back bodice block can be found and drafted in our lesson Pivoting a Back-Shoulder Dart to a Back Neckline Dart.
