Creative Draping-Zero Waste Puzzle Dress
Learn how to create an innovative puzzle dress, using a sustainable design technique. This lesson is part of our creative draping series and will be taught by up-and-coming designer, Fiona Liu. You will be inspired to create your own clothing designs that minimize fabric waste which often ends up in landfills.

MODULE 1 • Lesson Preparation
|1||For this lesson, you will need a piece of white lined pattern paper measuring 45” (114.3cm) x 45” (114.3cm).|
|2||You will also need silk satin organza, again, measuring the same size 45” (114.3cm) x 45” (114.3cm).|
|3||For my foundation garment, I am using silk satin, one yard (91.44cm).|
