MODULE 1 • Open a Downloaded File with Adobe Illustrator
|1||In this lesson, you will learn how to use the ‘Transform’ options that help with reshaping your designs, their lines and their accessories such as pockets, buttons and even topstitching.Before you start editing your drawing, first download the Adobe Illustrator file of a black and white top, supplied with this video.|
|2||Once you have downloaded the file, save it on your Desktop. Then, highlight the thumbnail of the file by clicking on it once, open the file by right clicking on your mouse, choose the ‘Open With’ selection, and then chose Adobe Illustrator. The file will automatically open the program as well.Another, and much quicker way to open the flat file is to double click on it after you have saved it on your Desktop.|
