Drawing Accordion Pleats
This lesson will teach you how to draw accordion pleats. You will begin, by mapping the fashion pose. Once your pose has been established, we will teach you how to map the pleats, how to refine your line quality and how to shade the pleats, so that the end result is a very dramatic effect. Once you have learned how to draw and illustrate this design detail, try your hand at learning other design details like side pleats, smocking, cascade ruffles and cowls.
