Natasha Nurse

Natasha M. Nurse, Esq. was born and raised in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated cum laude from New York Law School.

She is the owner & co-founder of Dressing Room 8 (http://www.dressingroom8.com). Natasha started this new company based on her motivation to make all women look and feel beautiful each and every day. Dressing Room 8 is a dedicated space for curvy women to discover, explore, and experiment with the latest fashion accessories styled to make any outfit unique. Outside of selling curated accessory kits, she offers personal styling, and a mentorship program for other young women interested in becoming their own boss through entrepreneurship.

Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor at Nassau Community College, where she teaches Introduction to Women Studies. There, she adores teaching, motivating and educating students about legal and non-legal women related issues.

Outside of law, she has various interests. She is a published poet, an instructor with the Long Island community-based start-up program Long Island Girl Talk, the creator of The WST Feminist blog, and a co-host for the local TV show Cafe Long Island. Additionally, she loves writing, photography, reading, and playing the flute.
