Jessica Krupa

Jessica Krupa is a fashion design entrepreneur, inventor, and professor specializing in swimwear and intimate apparel. With over 20 years of experience creating collections for Fortune 500 companies—including Victoria’s Secret and HSN—Jessica has been recognized for her innovation, holding multiple design and utility patents, including her Panty Promise patent now granted in 18 nations worldwide.

Before launching Panty Promise, Jessica spent a decade leading her luxury swimwear label, Krupa Couture Swim. In 2020, she identified a gap in the market for underwear that supports feminine wellness without compromising comfort or aesthetics. Working alongside leading New York gynecologist Dr. Alyssa Dweck, Krupa spent over a year developing the first seamless, certified-organic cotton panty using high-end Italian-milled fabric. Her patented design eliminates panty lines and uncomfortable seams while prioritizing women’s health—representing a new era in femtech apparel innovation.

Jessica’s achievements have earned her multiple awards, including First Place at the NAWBO Women’s Business Pitch Competition, South Florida Tech Hub Pitch-Off Winner, and Curve Trade Show’s New Brand Audience Award. Earlier in her career, she was recognized as Charleston’s Emerging Designer: East Competition Winner, a scholarship recipient of the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange in Berlin, Germany, and was inducted into the Hall of Excellence at OCVTS.

As an educator, Jessica has taught at both the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York and the University of Fashion (UoF), where she shares her expertise in swimwear design and product development. Her lifelong mission is to advance women’s confidence and wellness through design—creating garments that make women of all shapes and sizes feel empowered.
