Knitting a Raised Rib Stitch
This is a raised rib stitch. It’s so amazing that knit and purl stitches can work together to make up an endless number of gorgeous stitches. This stitch is one of them – an elegant version of a rib stitch, with this interesting texture going on inside the ribs.

It’s 70% acrylic for softness, and 30% wool for warmth. I’m using size 9 needles. As always, make a sample first so you can check your gauge with the yarn you want to use. |
