Faux Flat Felled Seam finish

Faux Flat Felled Seam finish

This lesson teaches you how to create a “faux” flat felled seam. In the industry, a flat felled seam finish is most commonly used on denim jeans and utilizes an industrial Felling Machine which folds the fabric in order to allow two rows of stitches to be sewn through all 4 layers of the seam. Our “faux” version is the best you’ll be able to produce without an industrial machine. Broaden you knowledge of seam finish choices by viewing our other seam finish lessons.
